· Review projects design compliance with local Authority regulation
· Develop project design to comply with local authority requirements.
· Setup project Authority approval strategy and program.
· Coordinate with the project stakeholders for design compliance and authority submission standard
requirements.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Prepares and review projects preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates.
• Performed as a project leader role at all phases: conceptual design, programming, planning, Detail design and shop drawings.
• Project management, delivery as per client’s requirements on budget and program.
• Attending regular meetings with clients and coordinate with the project team for design technical aspects.
• Prepare and submit project applications to Authority (DM, DDA, Trakhees‐ JAFZA, DCD, RTA, Etisalat, Du..etc.)and follow up till obtaining approval.

Duties and responsibilities:
• In charge of the projects design development from concept to completion.
• Provides technical expertise and review architectural design against local code compliance.
• Deliver projects efficiently and effectively through inspirational leadership of the design team members.
• Handle all Abu Dhabi projects Authority approvals dealing with ADM, ADCD, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, UPC, ADNOC & ADAC.
• Liaise, coordinate and follow up correspondences with all Authorities for building permits, approvals and NOCs. (Like DM, DDA, Trakhees‐ JAFZA, Civil Defense, ADM, ADCD...etc.)
• Track, monitor and control projects delivery and coordinate with project team, main contractor, subcontractors and site team.

Duties and responsibility:
Project leader of design and build projects.
Responsible for Architectural aspects of the design, production of the
construction drawings, documents and specifications.
Coordinating the design with all technical staff (Structural, MEP..etc).
Follow up with Authorities (DM, DWC, JAFZA-Trakhees, DEWA
& Civil Defense) for permitting works from start of project, building permit to
completion.
