• Review the organization charts and confirm titles on monthly basis with concerning parties.
• Fulfilling various vacancies with high qualified through head hunting, referral system and recruitment database.
• Ensure the recruitment & hiring process is in line with the manpower plan.

• Working closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships and increase the productivity.

•Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
•Following up on Hiring to assure the performance during Probation Period.
•Implement hiring staff paperwork & Opening a new file with Mandatory Documents.
•Issuing HR letters for the employees.
•Analyze & Track Employees attendance, absence, vacations.
•Preparing the monthly payroll reports.
•Deals with all HRIS programs (Oracle - Implex - Delta).
