# Manage and control the manufacture (processing and filling) of dairy products within the defined parameters of safety, quality, financial standards and legal requirements in a timely and cost efficient manner in order to meet pre-defined production and dispatch schedules
#operational supervision:
supervise and follow up to optimize adherence to approved policies and procedures to achieve/exceed the production objectives and reduce cost
⦁ Operations are performing according to budget and pans without variations.
⦁ Increase production efficiency
⦁ Mininize raw milk other ingredients, packaging materials wastage.
⦁ Minimize biological and environmental stress factors
#Production efficiency:
⦁ close monitoring of production plansand machines efficiency.
⦁ Maintain/ Increase production efficiency against budget projection
⦁ Manage peak volumes during Ramadan & Hajj to ensure all orders are correctly planned and produce accordingly.
Materials availability:
⦁ Liaise with Manufacturing Manager to ensure that all materials are readily available for production.
⦁ *No production stoppages due to unavailability of materials.
Personnel Management:
*Manage and control Production staff ensuring that staff rosters are operated fairly motivated and administrated.
Conduct disciplinary / counseling procedures as required
⦁ Upgrading the personnel efficiency through close monitoring, training, periodic assessments and strengthening the teamwork structure
⦁ Employee satisfaction on the job.
⦁ Employee retention rate.
Personnel Training :
⦁ Liaise with Manufacturing Manager to ensure that training needs of
Hygiene and housekeeping :
⦁ Maintain defined standards of hygiene and housekeeping by regular inspection and audit and take corrective action as apporopriate.
⦁ Keep prosuction premises clean and tidy
⦁ Adherence to codes op personnel hygiene
Safety :
⦁ Maintain define safety standards ensuring safe system of work and practice are adhered to at all times and defective equipment is repaired or replaced.
⦁ Lost time incidents (LTIS) are within control parameters.
Communication:
⦁ To maintain communication with the production personnel to assess problems and solve them
⦁ Regular meetings with production staff and enthusiastic teamwork
