• Handle the cash book of Irbid base;
• Enter advance requests in the advance book;
• Check purchase approval according to internal procedures and release required funds;
• Receive and check the eligibility of invoices submitted for payment (compliance with purchase voucher, completeness and quality of required information);
• Enter all disbursements in the financial book and file the supporting documentation;
• Prepare vouchers (stick invoices on the voucher, fill the finance stamp with required information)
• Translate accounting documents as needed;
• Check on a daily basis the consistency between computer and physical cash balances;
• Make official cash counts on a weekly basis and on the last day of the month to close the accountancy.
At the end of the month, make sure that all Finance files are in-place, complete, compliant and kept up to date;
• Make sure all codification stamps for all books are filled with the exact information;
• Process the double filling for the programme;
• By the 5th of the month, transfer to the coordination team in Amman the accountancy files while keeping a copy in the base records;
• Report any missing vouchers or uncompleted documentation for all financial files.
• Participate to the treasury forecasting at base level and communicate to the coordination office the cash needs according to the deadlines;
• Monitor variations between cash requests and disbursements.
• Working on monthly closing on SAGA and communicate with the coordination office to finalize the process with the required time.
I do home visits for the beneficiaries and the work of assessing the current status, for example, financial, health and living situation By using the VAF system. Access to identified beneficiaries and to provide to them aid.

• Regularly visiting the field to inform selected beneficiaries and provide them with the ATM card related to cash activities.
• Providing clear information to selected beneficiaries on the modalities of HI international’s intervention as well as the use of the ATM cards
• Assessment of the beneficiaries (cash) through home visits
• Referring all relevant cases identified internally to the relevant actors/ team within the internal system in place.
• Contacting LNGO, authorities, community focal points and any other stakeholder on the field to improve the identification system.
• Ensuring a daily/weekly quantitative and qualitative reporting through tools in place.
• Participating in the report of all relevant issues identified using the tools and the internal system provided.
• Managing time efficiently within team partner(s).
• Reporting on other issues when asked by your line manager.
• The project consists of the vouchers acted in the financial markets by beneficiaries
• My job is to:
• Process of these coupons (cut, split and sort by UNHCR and the introduction of number values to the computer inventory)
• Distribute of vouchers (distribution was the owner of the relationship so that it matches with the Commission NUMBER coupon and delivered)
• Control (control of the markets, the disposal of the coupon, where the coupon is not permitted to exchange non-food materials on its way, the aim of the monitoring process is to exchange nutrients)
• Daily inventory: (a food voucher inventory at the end of the day for the purpose of facilitating the delivery for the next day)
• Final inventory: (a food voucher inventory at the end of the session to know the number of beneficiaries)
• Secondary Activities:
• Recording special cases to provide them including (injuries, housewives, females, widowers, satisfactory difficult situations)
• Home visits (visit refugees to reveal their living conditions and record the reports
