Study all technical drawings, documents and any revisions thereon.
Coordination with other contractors and subcontractors prior to construction.
Supervise the construction terms of proper method, material reservation and optimum output of labor.
Give full and extensive instruction to my team.
Execute the works according to the latest approved revision of drawings and instruction of authorized authorities.
Follow up of progress planning and arranging all its requirements.
Monitoring of Subcontractor’s performance.
Pass all instructions issued to my manager to handle contractually prior to commencement. However, in some cases he should act immediately and then report.

Ensure the Operations & Maintenance manuals as well as handover documents are in line with contract specification and requirements.
