Projects Accounting Manager

-Work closely with Project Managers in preparing monthly progress invoices to Owner/Consultant for work performed during the month.
-Prepare request for Payment forms to all Subcontractors for work performed and ensure all required paperwork such as Signed Subcontracts; Invoices, tax report and other related documents are in place and up to date.
-Ensure all Purchase Orders are issued to Subcontractors on a regular basis and as required for the project.
-Manage all projects’ accounting data bases to ensure timely upkeep, security and control.
-Resolve accounting discrepancies.
-Manage the projects’ team payroll process and related insurance documents.
-Provide direct financial communication with all required parties including Owner, Subcontractors, internal Financing department and project team.
-Coordinate and ensure parallel accuracy of financial information between the head office and the project’s accounting department.
-Assume other special activities and responsibilities under the direction of the Financial Manager
