• Consultant for Bin Haider Sons General Trading, Dubai. Management services for Hotel Apartment at New Hamra, Office building IMPZ, Warehouse at Dubai Investment Park.
• Facilities Management for 60, 000 sqm commercial warehousing units at Deal Distribution Jebel Ali Free Zone
• Development and construction supervision for specialized 10, 000 sqm warehouse in JAFZ
• Project technical specifications for development of 25, 000 sqm cold store DWC.
The Group activity is diversified businesses with main focus on Construction Development like: Five Star Hotel Building and Contractual Management, Real Estate & Civil Construction. Position: Head of Engineering Department/Technical Advisor/Owner’s Representative. Direct Reporting to the Chairman of the Group.Key Responsibilities:
• Insuring on behalf of the Owner that Group’s business interests are well represented and the processes and systems are according to the policies of the Company and implemented..
• Responsible for overall management of Projects from conception to completion managing the liaison with clients, government bodies, contractors, subcontractors.
• Ensuring that Project requirements, specifications, notices and technical, legal and commercial compliance is well documented and submitted to respective authorities bodies within due timeframe.
• Directing a team of 15 experienced Project Managers, Project Engineers and Interior Design Engineers.
• Approving Subcontractors Certificates and scheduled payment according to the deliverables and Project Plan.
• Supervision and coordination with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, interior designers and tendering department.
• Ensure all operations are undertaken in a profitable, safe and timely manner. Ensuring and facilitating implementation of PHSEP& SHEQ Management Systems.
• Developing, implementing, deploying and effectively controlling specific KPI’s related to overall Project Performance and Financial reporting
• Lead, monitor and control a multi-disciplinary, multi-national workforce.
• Procedure review and revision if required, in conjunction with Clients, Government Officials, Project Managers and Engineers.
• Review Projects Program, Risk Assessments, and Project Organisation Chart for effective deployment of Company resources and update Head Quarters on a regular basis.
• Monitoring procurement of materials through designated Procurement Department.
• Handling Project Close Out Reports.
• Directing Project Quality Plans for Project Managers and Engineers and ensure the compliance whether it meets the quality objectives.
• Co-ordination of Projects Accounts, Audit and initiate Post Audit actions.
