Duties & Responsibilities:
-Creation of accounting documents and transfer them,
-Management of individual files and accounts,
-Prepared monthly statements,
-Preparation of Bank transfers and lodgments,
-Processing invoices,
-Checking and finalizing the purchase reports.
-Checking and finalizing the payable reports.
-Checking and finalizing the receivable reports.
-Reconcile the payables & receivables reports with parties.
-Reconcile the bank ledgers with bank statements.
-Finalize the ledgers and trial balance.
-Provide administrative support to the General Manager.
-Responsible for checking and implementing the quality of goods for each customer.
•QuickBooks, Peachtree, Tally and Alamen accounting programs •Diploma in maintenance of the Basic Computer Hardware & Software System Technology Institute Damascus, Syria (May 2006 – August 2006) •Business English course. •Business correspondence ( English) •Computer Typing Computer Skills : •Very Good knowledge in using the Internet, searching and navigation. •Very Good in Excel, Words, Power point and Excess.
