Mechanical maintenance of Marmonil production machines;
* Designed, laid down, and carrying out preventive maintenance program and
schedules for 50+ machines across Marmonil production lines;
* Corrective maintenance for malfunctioned machines. The corrective
maintenance include investigation, resolution, defining issue root cause, and
logging all the mentioned along with lessons learnt to ensure continuous
improvement.
* Responsible for work orders issuance and maintenance priorities along with the
Production Manager;
* Installing new production lines and machines;
* Installing new gantry cranes;
* Managing, coordinating and coaching a team of 15 workers directly reporting to me; and
* Auditing the machines’ spare parts inventory periodically to ensure service availability.

My role was to
- Install 2 wire machines and 1 gantry crane to setup the initial operations of Marmonil in
St. Fatima language school is a lead in the education system .
