• Preliminary Troubleshooting and Debugging Network Failures.
• Implement & Test Links with Telecom Egypt and / or Network Operations.
• Initiate regular weekly and monthly reports showing the status of LAN / WAN operations.

• Keep Updated Documentation for all Systems on Hand.

• Take a Regular Configuration Backup of Systems.
• Ensure Regular H / W Preventive Maintenance is in Place to all Systems.
• Establish Trouble-Shooting Procedure to all Systems.
• Follow up with Vendors on Related Issues.
• Handle all Assigned Customer Requests within the Agreed upon Service Level Agreement.
• Notify & Escalate Problems / Network Incidents to Data Network Team Leader.
• Prepare for each course to be taught a syllabus consistent with course descriptions.
• Impress upon each student the importance of exhibiting appropriate conduct in the work setting.
• Acquire feedback to determine whether students understand each segment of the course.
• Maintain academic standards.
• Be available to students with concerns.
• Cisco Review and be guided by student evaluations of instruction.
• Play an intricate role in student retention efforts.
• Serve on Academy committees.
• Attend and participate in official Academic functions.
