• Responsibilities:
1) CFR Shipments
a. Following up for the DO.
b. Sending pre-alerts to the customer.
2) Invoicing
a. Generating invoices for CFR, clearance and collect shipments based on the quotations provided.
3) File Maintenance
a. Opening of files using ProCarS.
b. Making sure the TNT is updated in a proper manner.
c. Cost booking based on the vendor invoices.
d. Keeping reserves if required.
e. Closing of the files in a proper manner.
4) DAP / DDP shipments
Reporting to - Operation Executive
• Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Produce call reports
Reporting to - The Bank Customer Service
Responsibilities:
Provide high customer service in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Refer customers to the appropriate staff.
Maintain a general knowledge of the bank’s common products and services.
Ensure all customers are satisfied with the services provided.
