• In charge of maintaining updated Division related Risk Registers and Policies & Procedures Manuals.
• Consistently supervise settling and confirming capital market transactions within an acceptable time frame. Focus includes trade status administrations, settlements and transfers processing.
• Preside over security certifications and tax reclaims over multiple jurisdictions preserving tax exemption status.
• Accurately review and resolve all exception trades by communicating issues with Counterparties & custodians.
• Obligated to gather appropriate financial data to support the calculations of income proceeds. Role includes fixing coupon rates and reviewing breakdown by utilizing Bloomberg & Euroclear securities databases.
• Regularly assess and manages all corporate action events and fund security lending income activities.
• Successfully process money market and foreign exchange deals. That’s include reviewing financial data, Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI), processing transfers, advising Nostros and matching confirmations.
• Experience in the settlement of both conventional and Islamic deals covering all major markets and currencies.
• Managing internal cash accounts while ensuring suitable enough liquidity to eliminate potential overdraft fees.
• Prepare, analyze and review daily reconciliation of Nostro and Custodian accounts.
• Oversee the process of clearing reconciled Items after conducting comprehensive investigations with related parties. And escalate issues that may cause a significant impact on daily operations or on AMF relationship for a decision.
