- Develop and implement necessary reports, dashboards, and other visualizations.

- Maintain and support data analytics solutions including QlikSense, QlikView, and Power Bi.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.

- Provide a bridge between implementation and training by guiding the Customer through a basic orientation of different ERP modules ” AP, AR, GL, Assets, Budgets, HR…etc.

- Provide training and support to our clients to achieve optimal results through different ERP software modules.
- Provides analysis and recommendations in unprecedented areas reflecting new and extremely complex concepts and programs in support of ERP software training and operations.
- Testing Different Modules and Updates for software versions.
- Develops standard configurations and implementation procedures for hardware, executive software including upgrade releases, patches and standard enterprise software.
- Creating Dashboards, reports to provide simple data preview for customers.
