-Work closely with Product Owners & Stakeholders (Squads & SME’s) to plan and execute end to end delivery of assigned Initiatives (for services and products).

-Design data models and semantic layers for optimal performance to meet client specifications and SLAs for database technologies/platforms, BI, and analytic solutions.

- Working on multiple projects from a commercial and delivery perspective and servicing ad-hoc support/analysis tasks.
- Create/Evaluate Project Plans for data platforms, BI, and analytic solutions and monitor Project progress and Delivery quality.
- Engage with many clients throughout different industries, helping to improve their quality and efficiency and advance their BI strategy.

- Continuously improve and enhance the performance, capabilities, and functional coverage of analytics solutions.

- Work with business users and other internal customers to help prioritize capabilities in the roadmap.
- Collaborate with partners throughout the Enterprise to understand analytics objectives, prioritize requirements, and analyze data and business
processes.
- Develop and implement necessary reports, dashboards, and other visualizations.
- Write complex SQL queries for report or dashboard development.
- Maintain and support data analytics solutions including QlikSense, QlikView, and Power Bi.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting.

- Provide a bridge between implementation and training by guiding the Customer through a basic orientation of different ERP modules ” AP, AR, GL, Assets, Budgets, HR…etc.
- Provides expert guidance and defines and illustrates different ERP modules for clients to achieve best results for our clients during implementation process.
- Provide training and support to our clients to achieve optimal results through different ERP software modules.
- Provides analysis and recommendations in unprecedented areas reflecting new and extremely complex concepts and programs in support of ERP software training and operations.
- Testing Different Modules and Updates for software versions.
- Develops standard configurations and implementation procedures for hardware, executive software including upgrade releases, patches and standard enterprise software.
- Creating Dashboards, reports to provide simple data preview for customers.
- Provide customer support.
- Provide regular visits to customer sites as needed to ensure success of software usage and solve any technical issues.
- Developing SQL Server by creating Queries, views, triggers, procedures.

- Responsible for administrating company ERP software “Oracle based system”.
- Checking daily backups, all system interfaces, Server hardware and logs & Implement backup and recovery policies procedures.
- Responsible for securing servers and networks.
- Solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
- Configure applications, system software, hardware, and local peripherals; diagnose and resolve various equipment problems and day to day operations issues.
- Maintaining stability throughout company branches by solving hardware/software and network troubleshooting.
- Documenting, archiving all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up visits and maintenance.
- Maintain an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems, and component parts needed by users.
- Responsible for purchasing and ordering IT Related Requirements.
- Review and evaluate new computer hardware and software products; recommend the implementation of new products.
- Provide expert consultation to multiple departments.
- Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
- Coordinate large-scale projects; other duties may be assigned.
