Duties and Responsibilities: • Attend pre-bid and prepared overall project cost proposal (Bills of Quantities) for client's approval.
• Sets up pre-construction requirements (i.e. project team, subcontractors, project schedule, materials,
equipment and manpower loading) prior to start of project.
• Attends regular management and technical coordination meetings with owner, construction manager,
consultants and other trade contractors.
• Supervised construction of projects and conducted quality control monitoring of projects.
• Prepare material board sample, shop drawings details, method statement and inspection test plan.
• Prepare tools and materials requisitions and monitored its purchasing, delivery and allocations.
• Prepare, make an evaluation and processed progress billings for sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Prepare progress daily report, weekly accomplishment report, and monthly report for project status.
• Conduct safety tool box meeting and observe safety implementation program and awareness.
• Ensures the project is turned over on time and conforms to the required specifications and quality

• Prepared shop drawing and CSD (architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical and mechanical) for approval.
