Assist the customer on the shop and give their needs.
Giving excellent customers service.
Promoting products/perfumes available on the shop.
Handling cash and cash register.
Duties:
• Providing a friendly and helpful service to customers.
• Providing cover in other areas during periods of holidays and sickness.
• Approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop floor.
• Carrying out stock replenishment.
• In-charge of the store when managers are not on the store.
• Handling of cash and cash register and processing of exchange and refunds.
• Responsible in Visual display and merchandising standards in the store, creating
• communication boards on promotions and in-store activities.
• Conducting daily floor walks to check for damages on visual diplay, proper handling and
• maintenance of in-store visual equiptment.
• Conducting training for staff on visual principals and store keeping standards.
Achievements: Receiving Service Champion and Spotted for Excellence Service Award
• In-charge in doing the store reports, merchandising on window display and store layout and replenishment of the stocks.
• Do telemarketing and maintaining store standards.
• Assist the manager in achieving the planned sales turn over of the department and to provide a complete and immediate service to the customer
• Store in-charge who is assigned to do the reports regarding the sales.
• Handling and motivating the staff to achieved the sales quota.
• Giving the customers the experience of tasting the perfect shot of coffee as well as maintaining the highest standards of service to the customers.
