• Prepare and control yearly budget of all the department and issue monthly performance reports, actual Vs budget
• Control and ensure proper transactions and their allocation to the related accounts on a
daily basis
• Control accounts of the company, responsible for their accuracy and timeliness
• Control & prepare the monthly stand-alone and consolidated financial statements
• Prepare monthly cash-flow forecasts
• Prepare many kinds of reports: Sales, purchases, cost control, BEP, business plans
• Control and supervise fixed assets management and appropriation
• Control and supervise monthly and quarterly tax on salaries, VAT declarations,
NSSF, and tax-return declarations
• Continuously review bank, suppliers, clients and other debtors and creditors accounts
reconciliations
• Manage, Control all companies’ operations engagements (L/C, L/G, insurances…)
• Supervising all financial issues with the government
• Liaise with external auditors and official government control bodies
• Liaise with banks to support the operations and monitor effectiveness in utilizing bank facilities
• Provide recommendations and control of internal procedures related to accounting
transactions
• Ensure training and coaching of staff members
• Ensure and control the daily work assigned to accountants • Apply new laws and regulations issued by the official institutions (taxation,
Municipality etc…) and ensure compliance of accounting practices and reports with the IFRS
