Responsibility includes preparation of project proposal packages, preparation of detail design packages and performing QA/QC review.

Responsibility includes; PDS 3D modeling work of off-line and in-line instruments, Instrument Index database I/O points assignments, Field Wiring and Marshalling Cabinet cross wiring utilizing MS-ACCESS database system, development of Instrument Loop Diagram using Fluor Daniel’s PC-ILG FACET-LOOP 5 software and d-base III plus. Participate in PDS 3D model clashing review using DRV terminal.
Projects involved:
a.Pygas Model Project: Saudi Chevron Petrochemical Pyrolysis Gas Treating Facility. A work shared project between Fluor Daniel Philippines and Fluor Arabia Ltd. Scope includes PDS 3D modeling of in-line and off-line instruments.
b.Solutia Acrylonitrile Project: Alvin, Texas, U.S.A. A work shared petrochemical project between Fluor Daniel Houston and Fluor Daniel Inc., Philippines. As a 2 time awardees of Solutia SELECT (Solutia Excellence and Commitment to the Team), I was responsible for ILD termination database input, FACET-LOOP set-up, Marshalling Cabinet Cross wiring, MS ACCESS based wiring diagram, I/O points assignment, and PDS 3D modeling.
Responsible for the supervision of Electric Fan Winding and Motor Assembly section, Veto switch and socket outlet assembly, Gas stove assembly and Flatiron assembly. Partly developer of company’s in-house program, Material Control database management system using Clipper v.5.0. Also responsible for the development and improvement of product processing by designing jigs, fixtures and electro-pneumatic, electro-hydraulic instrumentation and control to augment product quality. Oversee the repairs and maintenance of electrical machines, jigs and fixtures within section and conduct routine inspection of work.
