Service Delivery; In-flight Services
 Prepared Recruitment Plans for each department, every new budget year, in line with organizational objectives.
 Managed and Delivered recruitment initiatives in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
 Managed recruitment campaigns in both Dubai, and when required, outside of the UAE, where multiple positions are being recruited for, as part of the Recruitment Strategy.
 Designed Vacancy Notices to advertise across the Group to attract potential and suitable candidates. Utilize appropriate sourcing methodologies like LinkedIn searches, Bayt.com and other relevant database searches to attract candidates across global markets.
 Coordinated the recruitment process from preparation of an Internal Vacancy notification, initial short listing of candidates, preparing documents for personal interviews & assessment centres.
 Facilitated selection centres which include assessment centre and conduct recruitment campaigns for a junior range of positions.
 Conducted tests for candidates for Cabin Crew and Service Delivery of the Emirates Group
 Organised and compiled documents of successful candidates.
 Liaised with several departments as to ensure timely and cost effective recruitment of overseas and local candidates for positions which vary from Assistants (Grade 3) to Vice President (Grade 11).
 Conducted Reference checks for selected candidates.
Cabin Crew
 Provided key administrative support in the process of cabin crew recruitment.
 Conducted competency based interviews including screenings in Dubai and Overseas which included Duty travel.
 Liaised with international and local recruitment agencies to improve the quality of recruited candidates.
 Coordinated the recruitment process from short listing of candidates, conducting personal interviews and tests for Cabin Crew and other areas of the Emirates Group, overall assessment, supervision and compilation of documents of successful candidates.
 Compiled of personal files of recommended candidates ensuring that all the criteria of pre joining conditions are met.
 Proactively communicated (within specified time frames) with internal and external candidates in order to maintain a professional image and a quality candidate experience.
 Conducted Induction for new hires; Recruitment Coordinators, Recruitment Officers, Recruitment Specialist in the cabin crew recruitment dept.
