Cabin Crew
Provided key administrative support in the process of cabin crew recruitment.
Conducted competency based interviews including screenings in Dubai and Overseas which included Duty travel.
Liaised with international and local recruitment agencies to improve the quality of recruited candidates.
Coordinated the recruitment process from short listing of candidates, conducting personal interviews and tests for Cabin Crew and other areas of the Emirates Group, overall assessment, supervision and compilation of documents of successful candidates.
Compiled of personal files of recommended candidates ensuring that all the criteria of pre joining conditions are met.
