• Complete Quantity take off for all the items for Infrastructure projects invoving Roads, Bridges and Underpasses etc.
• Identifying drawing / specification discrepancies and highlighting to design team
• Measurement in accordance with POMI, CESMM and SMM7.
• Coordination with design team for technical specifications and drawings for various scope of works
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities from Drawings for various scope of works
• Floating enquiries to Subcontractors and Suppliers and follow up for quotations
• Preparation of techno-commercial comparative statements
• Conducting Negotiations for price
• Financial and Non-financial assessment of quotations and Rating
• Preparation of Letter of Intents / Purchase orders
• Monitoring & Updating of Staff report, Labour Schedule, Plant & Machineries schedule
• Project progress update
• Material Reconciliations.
• Preparation of Detailed Estimates for Tender purpose
