Sales Proficiency
Drive business development, forecast consistently and achieve strategic goals by leading the team through a full sales cycle from demand creation to closing.
Optimize sales methodology & share best practices across teams to improve efficiency, enable greater scale, and yield better results.
Responsible for creation of specific sales strategies for each country handled as well as reporting of weekly sales movement to the GM & monthly review with top management and providing regular product training to distributors’ sales staff.
Distributor Management
Finalize Annual / Quarterly business planning with all Distributors in Assigned markets & ensure achievement of goals within Each market.
Secure the tender deals by planning with Distributors, End-User & HQ for acute tender pricing and maximization of business opportunities for Brother in the region.
Direct sell through to distributors by planning Sell-In/Sell-out via monthly sales initiatives on selected SKUs and perform consolidation and internal reporting after receiving monthly forecast and sell out report from distributors.
Lead a portfolio of local distributors across Levant, Kuwait, Iran, Nepal, Bangladesh & East Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda & Tanzania).
Clear aging and near-expired stocks by recommending proper actions after overseeing local distributors stocks as well as finalize new distributors as per Brother regional strategy and growth plans.
Channel Expansion & Management | Branding
Create specific programs for Sell-out by performing regular interaction and meetings with Retail Channel Partners and working with distributors for increasing channel expansion as per specific country strategy.
Lead local sellout via several channels by planning demand generation activities and negotiating annual business target for distributors.
Execute extensive branding exercise across region; increasing brother dealer branding in Jordan, Syria, Nepal, Bangladesh, Mauritius & Kenya.
Marketing Efficiency
Generate local demand, maximize sell-out, and consider specific markets macro-economic and political factors with previous years’ sell- out by planning and executing A&P activities.
Discuss with distributors about current progress vs. budget, upcoming quarters forecasting, and marketing activities plans for future activities by conducting regular visits to assigned territories.
Secure notable end-users from several market verticals from Banking, Government, Military, Police, and NGOs etc.
Key Achievements
Recognized & awarded “Gulf Leadership Program” training which was held in Nagoya, Japan.
Took ownership of annual sales which targeted in range of USD 14 -15 Million and ensured target achievement.
Responsible for more than 30 % of overall Company revenues at Brother International Gulf.
Developed business growth of 40% YOY for Kuwait & Kenya.
Facilitated new products/businesses launch & penetration into existing and new markets such as Rwanda, Nigeria etc.
