Taxation:

➢ Drafting of partnership deed at various phases/stages (viz. formation, retirement, appointment, supplementary and dissolution)
➢ Drafting of Lease deed, Leave and license agreement and Shareholder's agreement.
➢ Prepared project report and projections.
