1) Overall Responsibility for the implementation of the Dynamics AX for the allocated business unit project, ensuring that all business requirements are addressed in accordance with the business unit needs.
2) Responsible to ensure that project meets with scope & requirements
3) Develop an understanding of our client business needs to define systems requirements for Dynamics AX
4) Responsible for imparting core user training, providing user support & implementing supreme specific configurations where applicable.
5) Responsible to test the functionality developed by the technical team against the business requirements.
6) Provide recommendations on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of client processes.
7) Responsible for maintenance of support documentation on changes to security configurations/access rights to ERP.
