• Reporting to the Finance Director and with a team of 15+ in finance responsible for the following, but not limited to:
• Reviewing the consolidation of entities in different markets and preparation of financial statements
• Preparation of Budgets and forecasts and periodic analysis, variance analysis, cost efficiencies, etc.
• Financial Modelling and Analysis to assist in development of Corporate Strategy for new markets
• Implementation of SAP / ERP systems in 3 countries - Afghanistan, Iraq and Mozambique covering all areas of the business - specifically Finance, Procurement and HR modules

• Reviewing cash flow and cash position of the division and monitor the adequacy of cash for revenue and capital expenses in the business
• Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control systems.
Reviewing of financial models, business plans and budgets
• Analyzed and commented on financial models, business models and its key drivers and commented upon closing adjustments / SPA mechanisms
• Reviewing budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results.
• Evaluation of Business Cases and Financial Feasibility models for Capital Expenditure (Capex) initiatives undertaken by the company
