• Providing commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
• Review pre-tender estimate and submit a report to the management prior to inviting tenders.
• Assessing complete contract related functions is within estimated budgets.
• Prepare the cash flow forecast for the project and regularly update this throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Monitor expenditure against the cashflow profile and advise the finance team on any variances.
• Prepare/Review monthly cost reports and present to the management.
• Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively
• Prepare detailed elemental cost analysis of the completed projects within the organization and compile as built cost estimate records for benchmarking purposes.

Previously worked in Maldives with GADL International Limited (a group company of GMR) in the Level of General Manager and heading the Cost Control Department for their renowned project “Expansion and Modernization of Ibrahim Nasir International Airport” at Maldives.

Exposure : as quantity surveyor - tendering, raising/certification of interim payment application, variations, claims, quantity take-offs, subcontract certifications, budget quotes, Value Engineering & well versed with FIDIC.

: as project cost controller - cost coding & control of the actual expenses, cost monitoring with budget proposal, preparation of monthly cost reports and tracking of actual consumed resources.

: as contract’s administrator - managing sound contract administration practices, maintaining logs such as notice / RFI / LCI / VO / IPC / claims etc.
