•Manages kingdom-wide warehouse operations for United Group of Companies within 6 warehouses and over 200 employees
•Plans and executes the warehouse operations in close coordination with corporate management

• Scheduled work & rotas to meet fluctuations in staffing levels & workloads
• Produced incident and performance reports for senior managers
Accountable for monitoring the preparation of delivery schedules, controlling daily deliveries to customers, and inter-branch transfers
•Overall responsibility for managing the loading and offloading of normal and refrigerated fleets
•Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to smoothen operational flows
•Evaluating inventory and reporting to management regarding new requirements, overstock, near expiry, and others for the branches throughout the Kingdom
•Responsible for all vehicles & their maintenance
•Planning procurement of spare parts for vehicles as required and securing contracts with various suppliers and agencies for the repair and maintenance
•Negotiating with agencies for procurement of outsourced manpower
