Key Responsibilities: -
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most
income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and
preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the
fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
- Preparing the proper quotations.
- Planning and forecasting the monthly, weekly, and daily requirements of the customers,
and liaising with the factory and Procurement.
- Daily follow-up with the sales agents on their requirements, daily targets, collection, and
maintaining the Gross Margin.
- Report any technical problem to the Technical Support department, and coordinate with
them to solve it.
- Coordination with the Accounting and collection department on the aging and credit
facilities of the different customers.
- Coordinating with the sales coordinator for the daily orders and submittals.
- Coordinating with segment managers for pipeline projects.
- Attending all relevant meetings.
- Finding creative solutions to boost the business from different SG entities.
- Support the growth of and create future sustainable demand forw nVent LENTON concrete reinforcement products in Middle East
- Partner closely with nVent LENTON Regional Sales Managers, to maximize sales and promote market expansion.
- Promote nVent LENTON products to rebar fabricators, engineers, end-users, inspectors, contractors, and job sites to affect a sustainable market channel through specifying and demonstrating products from the LENTON product line.
- Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve individual sales targets.
- Effectively utilize the nVent Customer Relationship Management system daily to follow sale through to completion.
- Travel throughout applicable region to accomplish the above responsibilities.
1. Receive and review all customer inquiries & requirements.
2. Communicate and arrange the meetings with the clients to produce the technical support and follow up the tender & the ongoing projects.
3. Prepare the offers on the basis of price list, client specification & drawings, and client commercial terms & standard delivery time for production.
4. Review design standards and contracts relating to construction of houses and buildings
5. Directs the development and implementation of design and construction standards to ensure projects are executed at appropriate levels of quality
6. Oversees coordination of each project to ensure the design process reflects the input of appropriate departments to optimize program and space efficiency, flexibility and life cycle cost
7. Ensures that capital project management processes enable the institution to complete projects on time and within budget
Develops and implement systems to monitor project performance against budget authorization, project schedules and established quality control standards. This includes identifying variances and working with project management staff to develop and implement plans to correct ineffective operations.
8-Working with ARAMCO, ROYAL COMMISSION, KUA, SABIC, MA'ADEN, AND MORE THAN 60 CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES IN THE MARKET.
1-Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services
2--Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
3-Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
4-Calculating client quotations
5-Providing per-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.
6--Preparing reports for head office
7-Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
8-Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
