‐Main responsibility is to follow up the production quality starting from raw material till delivery the cable as a final product.
‐ repairing the quality bulletin monthly report
‐ Analyze causes of failure for electrical failed cables tests
‐testing the final products of cables

- Daily meeting with quality assurance engineer to discuss the performance and objectives and action plans for assurance of Quality management system implemented within the company.
- Supervise whether customer requirements meet or not, with quality assurance engineers.
- Training, rehabilitation and directing quality assurance engineers.
- Pursue quality objectives for quality management system.
- Follow-up implementation of internal audit plan to the company.
- Review and update quality management system documentation.
- Develop and adopt internal audit plan on the quality system and the activities of the company and group companies.
- Prepare final reports of the internal audit and supervision to follow up the implementation of corrective actions resulting there from.
- Develop and adopt a plan of audits on suppliers.
- Pursue quality management system and take appropriate corrective action in the case of non conformance.
- Implementation of the Management Review meetings twice per year.
- Follow up status of customer complaints with relevant department members and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow-up status of customer satisfaction of local and external customers and take appropriate corrective action in case of non-compliance.
- Study contract review forms.
- Identify business requirements and develop plan to achieve them.
- Study of manufacturing orders and develop quality plan.
- Identify problems which occur during the production process, clarify the causes and develop plans to solve them and prevent their occurrence again (repetition).
- Develop plans and alternative plans that serve to achieve quality goals.
- Search customer complaints, work to resolve and avoid them in the future.
-Discuss with external laboratories (for Type Test).
- Work on updating international certifications of the company.
- Plans to train and raise the level of workers.
