Preparing the Contract specification for Low value contract (LVC).
Preparing the Technical specification for Low value contract (LVC).
Preparing the Tender cost Estimate for Low value contract (LVC).
Coordinating with Contracts Team & Supply relation management (SRM) for contractual changes to be updated to the Contract & Technical specification.
Preparation and submission of memo for initiating work category.
Coordinate with bidders for getting approved for participating in the Low value contract (LVC).
Coordinating with bidders for answering the questionnaire and the supporting attachment.
Preparation and submission of memo of bidders list for creation of Work category.
Preparation and submission of memo for Contractor Prequalification.
Coordinate with bidders for getting approved for the Contractors prequalification (PQ).
Follow up with contracts team and SRM team for the routing process of the contracts through KOC e-beams.
Preparation & Submission of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) including Price Analysis, Material on site, IRF Summary sheet, Bill Page, IRF Calculation Sheet & Dwg Mark-up - Mechanical & Electrical part in accordance with payment conditions stipulated in contract documents and further processing with the Main Contractor.
Prepared the quantity take off from the Approved drawing & confirmed the IRF & Material on site quantities submitted by the Subcontractor.
Prepared Breakdown & Price Analysis for the Lumpsump items & Non BOQ items in order to claim in IPC.
Identified projects not included in Main contract BOQ Prepared & received approval for New BOQ.
Review & verify the subcontractor IPC & submit for approval of our management.
Prepared Quantity take off from the Tender drawing and submitted the Quotation for New Tendered project.
Evaluate disputable items and prepare claims for reimbursement of loss and expense. Negotiate and manage the resolution of disputes.
Identify any variations from contract and generate Contractor Initiated Variation Order to the Client.
Updating monthly the IPC & Deduction log.
Preparing and ensuring timely submission of monthly progress report briefing monthly financial updates and variations.
Attend progress meetings with the Main contractor, sub-contractors or suppliers as appropriate at monthly or more frequent intervals.
Review the Subcontractor's procurement and material log and instruct the Subcontractor regarding items with long lead time.
Ensure that subcontract costs are monitored and controlled against agreed budgets, and that cost information is accurately recorded and regularly presented to management in a clear and concise format.
When required ensure that subcontract progress is monitored and controlled against agreed programme.
Maintain highest levels of commercial confidentiality in all aspects of employment.
Follow up interim applications for payment to the Maincontractor and liaise with Accounts/Credit Control to secure payment.
Presentation of documentation in relation to subcontracts, ensuring that subcontract terms and conditions reflect obligations undertaken by the company under the contract.
Advise and assist in the preparation of agreement for interim valuations and final accounts, both from Subcontractors and to the client. This includes providing hands on assistance in the measurement and valuation of work when requested by the Commercial Manager.
Formulate, when required, in conjunction with the contract team, a commercial plan specifically identifying the activities necessary to protect the company and enhance the profitability of contracts and contract variations.
Ensure that subcontract costs are monitored and controlled against agreed budgets, and that cost information is accurately recorded and regularly presented to appropriate personnel in a clear and concise format.
