 Allotment of work targets to Supervisor’s, Foreman’s, and Charge Hand’s for to carry out Works.
 Allotment of Manpower and Machineries on the basis of Work Target and Priorities.
 Maintaining healthy relationship with Main Contractors, Consultants and Co-Workers to handle proper Design Procedure, following Project Schedules and completion of Project on Time.
 Periodic checking of Site Activities.
 Coordination with Main contractor for lossless Material Handling.
 Preparation of Daily Progress Report for Inspection and Approval.
 Fully responsible for Installation and Handing over Activities.
 Making quotations& making the drawing for the projects

 Maintain the log sheet for the interruptions.
 Maintenance of vacuum circuit breakers electricalequipment’s.
 Maintaining the substation without interruptions
 Coordinate with various power stations for preparing shut down&synchronization plans of generating units.
 Respond to emergencies such as transformer or transmission line failures and route current around affected area.
 Calculate average and peak load conditions from electric recording instrument data and complete periodic report of load variations for system planning purpose.

 Planning, Organising and Managing Site Work Activities.
 Maintaining Quality of Work and Completion of Project as per Work Schedule.
 Co-ordinating with Engineering and Procurement activities to meet Approved Material Specification.
 Maintaining all Project Relevant and Internal Documents.
 Manpower allotment on basis of Target and Priorities.
 Fully responsible for complete Installation and Handing over of the Project
