Allotment of work targets to Supervisor’s, Foreman’s, and Charge Hand’s for to carry out Works.
Allotment of Manpower and Machineries on the basis of Work Target and Priorities.
Maintaining healthy relationship with Main Contractors, Consultants and Co-Workers to handle proper Design Procedure, following Project Schedules and completion of Project on Time.

Coordinate with various power stations for preparing shut down&synchronization plans of generating units.
Respond to emergencies such as transformer or transmission line failures and route current around affected area.
Calculate average and peak load conditions from electric recording instrument data and complete periodic report of load variations for system planning purpose.
Planning, Organising and Managing Site Work Activities.
Maintaining Quality of Work and Completion of Project as per Work Schedule.
Co-ordinating with Engineering and Procurement activities to meet Approved Material Specification.
Maintaining all Project Relevant and Internal Documents.
Manpower allotment on basis of Target and Priorities.
Fully responsible for complete Installation and Handing over of the Project
