I am currently the head of the Loyalty department in Lebanon, as well as managing various Healthcare and Quantitative accounts, and successfully leading, supervising and executing studies, using different methodologies, software and tools under the supervision of the Senior Research Director.
Lead local & regional project plans: Oversee all phases of market research project management including questionnaire design, briefings, fieldwork, data tabulation and analyses while maintaining deadlines and client expectations
Provide valuable insight and business recommendations: Participate in regular team calls and meetings to understand the needs and scope of the project and offer appropriate recommendations to ensure that the designed project plan will lead to a successful execution
Coordinate and liaise with clients: Supervise team members to ensure design continues to meet client needs. Maintain and enhance client relationships and cater to their needs and expectations.
Provide thought leadership: Stay on top of the current trends and developments in the area of market research and share this knowledge and observations with the team members. Identify and share project learnings. Provide project guidance, support and coaching to more junior team members
Managing large scale projects in Lebanon and MENA from inception through to delivery, managing fieldwork, analysis and reporting findings to clients
Develop presentations/reports/deliverables, identifying insights and stories in data and making sound recommendations from the data
Working directly with clients and enhancing client relationships by taking a proactive approach to growing knowledge of the client and their business environment
Effective communication with clients, internal and external suppliers, policymakers and staff
Developing junior team members, including line management
Participating in several qualitative research projects, and getting exposed to the fieldwork conduct of different studies.
Managing several quantitative research projects; from inception to completion.
Ensuring that the business and client needs and objectives are addressed at every project stage.
Composing necessary documentation of project requirements (proposals, recruitment screeners, and questionnaires) and conducting project briefings with interviewers and research supervisors.
Handling client expectations related to schedule/timeline and project execution.
Acting as a key point-of-contact for the client - effectively addressing issues and resolutions.
Preparing scheduled and custom client-ready reports (using PowerPoint).
Assisting and interacting with clients in developing strategic and tactical marketing plans.
Analyzing and presenting findings, results and recommendations to various clients.
Working efficiently as part of the marketing research department and liaising with local operations team as well as the MENA research and operations teams.
Reporting back to the Senior Research Director.
Participating in several qualitative research projects, and getting exposed to the fieldwork conduct of different studies.
Participating in the moderation of focus groups for qualitative and advertising (ASI) projects.
Responsible for establishing and implementing social media strategies, marketing initiatives and campaigns, as well as sales data analysis to expand brand reach for the target audience.
Supervising social media outreach.
Creating and delivering content via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest.
Analyzing social media data, and deriving results to enhance the efficiency of current strategies.
Updating and monitoring website content.
Developing and implementing marketing communications campaigns consistent with the brand image.
Coordinating and executing event plans with the marketing team.
Generating and delivering press releases, media relations content, and case studies.
Researching jewelry and fashion trends, and monitoring international luxury brands, designers and online stores.
Updating, filtering, and categorizing client database.
Monitoring sales operations and sales reports
Responsible for retaining and expanding shopper database, constructing schedules, assigning visits while meeting contract deadlines.
Profiling shoppers and categorizing shopper database.
Constructing schedules to different clients, according to contracts and account manager requests.
Assigning visits and scheduling audits to respective shoppers, and align the visits to meet the deadlines.
Routing the corresponding reports and emails. Following up with shoppers and executing reports.
Conducting primary edit of various reports.
Retaining active shoppers and maintaining shopper-scheduler relationships.
Recruiting new shoppers and assisting in expanding GWR’s outreach through Social Media. Building a shopper community in the countries assigned to me.
Responding to client inquiries as well as the shoppers’.
Reporting to HOD and account managers responsible for each project.
Coordinating and maintaining the flow of information between the scheduling department and other departments.
