• Maintaining optimal stock levels by reviewing
physical inventory periodically & maintaining stock
consumption records.
• Check incoming material quality & quality against
purchase order and invoice.
• Preparing Goods Received Note & forwarding
invoices to accounts department.
• Reviewing physical stock check and submitting
reports to the management.
• Preparing Delivery Notes, Invoice and arranging
deliveries after coordinating with customers.

• To undertake the day to day supervision of the stores
service and staff to deliver a customer focused service
in accordance with agreed procedures.
• Ensure the integrity of the stores area is maintained
at all times.
• To ensure delivery of materials to site or collection
from suppliers is undertaken and monitored against
performance criteria and where suppliers do not meet
the correct standards be proactive in resolving and
performance issues.
• To ensure accurate accountability of all transactions
to and from the stores.
• Manage the use of all plant and hand tools servicing,
repair and maintaining inventory, and replenishment
accountability.
• Ensure the stores area is kept clean and tidy and free
from hazards.
• Coordinating with sales team by managing schedules,
filing important documents and communicating
relevant information.
• Procuring the materials for projects and for factory
stocks.
• Coordinating with local and international suppliers.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-
sales support when requested.
