1. Work experience in heavy lifts projects and project cargo (Qatar Government construction site) and engage in freight forwarding / logistics Supply chain Management and overland transfer boarder to boarder GCC.
2. Work experience in preparing import/export documents and coordinating with forwarders about incoming/outgoing shipments.
3. Preparing/checking (Import and Export)Air/shipping line invoices, packing list and AWB/BL.
4. Work experience in logistics and knowledge in processing of import/export air and sea freight entries at Bureau of Customs (Qatar)
5. Work experience in dealing and processing of delivery order at air/shipping lines
6. Updates rates and inquiry/ coordinating inbound/outbound shipments from origin to destination, delivery monitoring, PO Management.
• Providing rates to Agents and Acceptance of Cargo Reservations.
• Assist customers in forwarding for complying with CX, IATA standard and TSA safety security requirements.
• Attend to tracing and tracking worldwide.
• Conduct analysis on Tonnage, flight and Revenue reports.
• Monitor and Interact to ground handling agents and manage import / export query.
• Flight co-ordination and supervision handling agent.
• Answer telex/email inquiries promptly.
• Monitor air cargo build-up and breakdown.
• Handle CX cargo computer system CUBIC.
• Assist the Cargo Sales and Services Officer in related tasks
• Coordinate the cargo services activities between sales, services and in order to ensure efficient handling of cargo.
• Prepare and Calculation of estimated cargo loads.
• Handle & monitor ramp activities, as and when required
• Perform ULD logistic and stock control.
• ULD Management.
