 Perform monthly and daily stock take
 Issue and reconcile field sales stocks
 Prepare daily stock movement reports
 Maintaining a record of serial and batch numbers for issued and unissued stock (stock tracking).

o 3. Reconcile Data
 Reconcile daily takings or collections
 Prepare receipt journals daily
 Proper accounting of collected revenue
 Maintain proper filling and safekeeping of records
 Reconcile stocks on hand to those in accounting systems
o 4. Banking
 Safekeeping of collected cash overnight

 Paying out petty cash to holders of authorized vouchers
o 5. Customer Liason
 Educate customers

 Giving postpaid customers information regarding their bills


 Vetting and replacements of pre-paid lines
 Handling customer complaints and queries over the phone and walk-in clients
 Demonstrating product usage to customers
 Checking and replacement of none conforming recharge card
 Creating market intelligent data base through call logging using the Zsmart system
 Laptop, phone and dongle settings
 After sales of prepaid, dongle, and post-paid lines and products
 Gather feedback forms.
 Register lines
 Ensure visibility of Telecel brand
 Identify knowledge gaps and teach customers
 Negotiating and signing of new Telecash Agents
 Registering Telecel on subscribers on Telecash
 Quality assurance to the clients.
