Worked as the Project Quantity Surveyor in Privatization of Domestic Solid Waste Management Centre (DSWMC) facilities at Mesaieed Qatar.
The first integrated waste management centre. The project consist with construction of buildings & mechanical treatment plants, access & internal road network, other supply & services networks, staff accommodations & recreation areas, biological treatment plant, Lined landfill, lakes, landscaping etc, at Mesaieed and construction of four new waste transfer stations at Doha west, Industrial area, Dukhan and Al Khor and enhance of existing transfer stations. The DSWMC facilities will process 2, 300 tons per day of domestic solid waste and generates 34.4 MW of electricity. Project cost is QAR 1.95 billion. Involved to evaluate Monthly valuations, Variations, Preparing cost reports, Monitoring project cost, Maintain contractual requirements and records based on variations and disputes.

Attended to post contract duties as a Project Quantity Surveyor and involved to prepare interim valuations, variations, cost reports, monitoring project cost, attending meetings.
Millennium City Housing Schemes at Ja-Ela & Athurugiriya, Sri Lanka. One of larger housing schemes project in Sri Lanka. The project consist with more than 5000 individual housing units and related Landscapes, Lakes, road network and all the services networks. Our organization’s scope of work comprised of construction of access & internal road network, sewerage network and treatment plant, cold water storage overhead tank and distribution network.
Attended to prepare Tendering, Interim Payment Applications, Variations etc as a Contractors Quantity Surveyor for various Infrastructure and Building constructions projects.
