* Sourcing & procuring products for Health & Beauty Categories viz. Make-up, Skin care, Hair care items.
* Deal with local suppliers and check contract clauses such as return policy, margin % for Brand/category, negotiate payment terms for value/period.
* Purchase as per the weekly/monthly forecast among the bestselling products/new launches/promo offers to achieve the monthly sales target assuring wholesome profits and also to improve market share.
* Analyze sales reports for profitability ratios to determine need for sales promotions or initiate returns/exchange policy with the supplier.
