 Coordinates the Department’s sponsored training, conferences, workshops & other functions.
 Prepares Travel Order of Security Department’s Staff for travel both Domestic and International to conduct Security Trainings, Technical Survey and Evaluation, and other Security matters.
 Coordinates with other PAL Departments to ensure the speedy processing of Documents which needs immediate action/signature/approval of Higher Management.
 Coordinate with Security Service Providers to ensure that they meet the standards and requirements of PAL.
 Coordinates the Department’s day-to-day management of office supplies, office equipment, and maintenance of SD office.
 Provides administrative staff support to Head-SD.
 Prepares/document special security report as required by Head-SD.
 Check and monitor Security & Fraud Prevention email account on a daily basis.
 Performs other duties as may be required by the Head-SD.
