Position: QC Inspector
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction.
2. Taking care of QC documents of the entire project including calibration test results, inspection request, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observation and permanent materials delivered.
3. Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all materials procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
4. Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on process.
5. Monitor and record for all project activities and analyze all process to ensure all work according to quality requirements.
6. Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection.
Position: PTW Holder
Job Description:
1. Leads the work detailed in the permit such as task supervisor and prepares the work permit as an originator.
2. Conducts Toolbox Talk focusing on the hazards at the worksite at the time the work is to be carried out and a copy of the signed Toolbox Talk keep/attach with the PTW.
3. Ensure that the work party is fully aware of the work content and precautions to be taken as outlined in the PTW and TRA.
4. Ensure that no work will be done unless the Issuing and Area Authorities have signed the PTW.
5. Check that the worksite will be left in a safe condition on completion or suspension of work.

Job Description:
1. Conducts inspection and monitor the required tests.
2. Determining and reporting any non-conformance to the QC Manager.
3. Checking compatibility between production processes, test procedure and the applicable documentation through review and circulation of the technical and administration document related to the various activities.
4. Ensuring that all personnel are fully aware with all the quality requirements and applications for all quality documents as relevant to their discipline.
5. Ensuring appropriate supervision for all work activities enabling quality related operations to be effectively covered.
6. Visual / initial inspection for concrete and all other activities.

Job Description:
1. Controls and supervises through all phases of development to construction completion and project close-out. Provides leadership direction and motivation to the project team. Ensures adherence to schedule, budget, productivity rates and established financial controls.

3. Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time. While regular working hours are the norm, you may have to work long days and some weekends close to project deadlines.
4. Monitors sub-contractor compliance with quality, time and budget parameters for the project. Verifies work completion, finalizes sub-contractor invoices and recommends to the Operations Manager whether contractor payment requests should be approved or denied.
5. Provides technical assistance to Client, Consultant, Regulatory Authorities, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
6. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
7. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
8. Provides instruction to other employees of this or similar job classification in all aspects of procedure and technique relating to the duties required by this job description unless such instruction requires a specialized certification which the employee doing the training does not have.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
