Tender Phase
Coordinate the team of the Technical Office in charge or preparing price proposals for tenders. Study the projects on a pre-tender phase; oversee the survey work and tender documents prepared by the team and prepare cost analysis.
Contract/Post-Contract phase
Monthly evaluation of work performed to invoice the client; certification of subcontractors monthly work performed; measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations; procure suppliers in coordination with the procurement department, prepare price comparison sheets, negotiate prices and prepare subcontract awards; prepare, submit and negotiate final accounts.

Study the projects on a pre tender phase to detect any measuring errors or omissions. On a contract execution phase I was responsible for overseeing the measurements for monthly billing; verify and certify subcontractor’s monthly invoices; prepare variations and change orders; over the ordering of materials with the procurement department so the project would run on schedule. Prepare final accounts both for the client and subcontractors.

Planning of the various tasks to be performed, timely acquisition of the materials necessary for the performance of the contract and monthly measurements of work done for billing purposes, on the various works in progress, including buildings, water networks and roads.
