Tender Phase
Coordinate the team of the Technical Office in charge or preparing price proposals for tenders. Study the projects on a pre-tender phase; oversee the survey work and tender documents prepared by the team and prepare cost analysis.

On a contract execution phase I was responsible for overseeing the measurements for monthly billing; verify and certify subcontractor’s monthly invoices; prepare variations and change orders; over the ordering of materials with the procurement department so the project would run on schedule. Prepare final accounts both for the client and subcontractors.
