 Banking / Daily Treasury Report:
Monitoring the daily fund position of the company and ensuring sufficient balance is retained in Kuwait while the excess funds gets transferred to our head office.
• Downloading the bank statements on daily basis and passing entries in Oracle.
• Preparation of fund transfer and telex letters.
• Corresponding with the bank for all company needs - retail operation, request for cheque books and k-net terminals.
• Daily Cash Reconciliation i.e. ensuring the sale cash is deposited in the bank on daily basis.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Cheque Book Reconciliation.

 Property / Lease correspondence:
• Updating the Master Lease Database file with various contractual details and maintaining the lease property files.
• Corresponding with the landlord with reference to existing property or new projects, permission letters during sale/bonanza etc.
• Updating the store rent tracker - advising the management of rental cheques due and change in rental amounts (if any).
• Preparing rental cheques as and when the rent is due for payment and maintaining proper records of rent receipts.





 Accounts Payable:
• Booking invoices against purchase orders and processing payments of supplier invoices.

 Payroll - Final Settlements:
• Calculating the final settlement and accordingly booking invoice and processing payments.

Additional Profile:

 Financial Budgeting:
• Assisted the management in preparing the financial budget and business plan for the next five years.

• Worked on the mentioned heads in the Profit & Loss account:
 Sales: Coordinating with the concept managers to obtain the sales phasing for their concepts.
 Rent: Preparing the rent schedule for the year based on lease agreements. Also assisted the management to prepare the 5 year rent schedule for the business plan.
 Administrative Expenses: Coordinating with the administrative manager to forecast the administrative expenses for the budgeted year.
 Selling & Promotion Expenses: Coordinating with the marketing manager to forecast the selling & promotion expenses for the budgeted year.

 MIS Reports:
• Preparing the Weekly Sales Report for the management wherein current year sales are compared with the previous year and the growth percentage is analyzed.

• Prepare various month end reports including reports on concept local purchase orders, brand reports, ageing report, sales report, KPI report etc.
