Working towards the welfare of the bounded laborers, rescued from a rice mill near Chennai. Worked with the local NGOs in addressing Gaja Cyclone in Tamil Nadu - which recently affected south Tamil Nadu. Addressed the flood situation in Kerala -Relief assistance - Assessment, Proposal, distributed NFIs to the affected, evaluation along with the donors.

Successfully handed over 35 Projects to the disaster-affected beneficiaries - 120 newly constructed houses, 745 repaired houses, 12 school sanitation blocks, 2 school infra-structure, 350 Individual Household Latrines - within a year and a half with limited staffs.

Provided leadership in Program Design Monitoring and Evaluation along with Operations - addressed flood response situation in Tamil Nadu, India. (This was done in a resource-constrained setting where only 4 staff supported flood response at the operational level with authority and line management in the Central Office in South India which were the Director DR, Manager, site engineer, and I).

Directly managed 4 staff and circuitously supervised 25 staff at field level. Collaborated with the Director Programs - developed strategic frameworks and plans for programming and operations for South India.

Developed high-quality designs, project budget, onsite monitoring with prompt reporting. Networked with Government, international corporates functioning in India. Collect and share interesting case studies, learnings - life-changing stories nationally and internationally.
