As HSEQ Manager in Black Cat Engineering & Construction

By Colin Mercer (MANAGER) on 19-04-2018
"Carwell was employed with Black Cat in GHSE Roles from 2011 to 2017. During this period he developed his experience and skills to take over as HSE Lead on "Minor Projects" for our Client Qatar Shell GTL. As HSE lead he implemented and coordinated the HSE systems and procedures to ensure an incident free safety program. This required liaising with Client specialists such as medical, industrial hygiene to complete the health and wellness aspects. Carwell was diligent in maintaining the training of those assigned to the project and worked closely with the team (Engineers, supervisors and workers) to provide the required information for completing the tasks safely (Job Safety Analysis, Risk assessments, review of work methods etc). I would not hesitate to hire Carwell should a suitable position become available that could utilise his skills."
