- Coordinating with buyers, suppliers about competitor’s promotions and product availability
- Responsible in merchandising, stocks request and inventory

- Cashiering, process payment thru cash, credit cards, checks and vouchers with 100% accuracy
- Counting and recording the float before opening and close trading
- Reporting manual bill for posting in the system to avoid discrepancy
- Answering phone calls, records and transfer to person in charge.

Securing Department of Trade & Industry approval permits and fees for Philippine Long Distance and Telecommunications promotional advertising materials and activities such as raffle games, contest, discounts, redemption and premiums.
Coordinating with organizers and suppliers for proper implementation of promotions
Handling events/ booth set ups for promoting and selling the products and services offered in different areas such as supermarkets, malls, public markets, department stores and other areas.
Checking all selling area if properly merchandise with streamers, posters, flyers to create awareness of the products and promotional activities.
Assisting clients in their needs and inquiries about the products, services and available facilities (Voice and data) in their area.
Handling consumer complaints and settlements between complainants and respondent.
