Recruitment and Selection
• Candidate sourcing, short listing, skills & personality testing, screening and preliminary interviewing of potential employees.
• Updating the open vacancies in the Linkedin and company website
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work using databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy.
• Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
• Formatting CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
Administration
• Visa processing through DMMC portal or over the DMCC counter
• Processing the medical of on boarding employees
• Managed phone calls/emails and distribution appropriately
• Keep track of Invoices, expenses and employees file confidentiality
• Monitors the attendance, Vacation and Sick Leave Balances of all employees
• Consistently supporting Group Talent Development Manager in delegated task.
• Telephone screening of candidates to pre-determined criteria as agreed with the recruiting department manager.
• Proactively manage recruitment for all positions within the relevant departments.

• Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.
• Provide updates on hiring requirements to the relevant manager for reporting
purposes, status feedback to applicants, tracking purposes, and effective monitoring of applications processed / to be processed.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Sourcing candidates from job portal such as Gulf Talent, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Dubizzle and Gulf news free ads.
• Upholding the confidentiality of the files and folders pertaining to employee information, ensuring that files and folders are properly kept, relevant up to date.
• Providing general administrative support to Human Resources in Recruitment.
• Coordinate with the PRO of on boarding employee and ensure all governmental
transactions run smooth.
• Complete on Boarding and Induction of New Hires across all levels.
• Building effective working relationships with all recruitment process holders; Offering guideline in line with recruitment process.

• Probation- Ensuring that the new employees are confirmed, extended or terminated before final day of probation period.
• Ensuring recruitment contracts & payments completed in time.

• Updating the in-house (WIP Tracker) employment database with current job descriptions, candidate profile, and submission history
• Consistently supporting Group Talent Development Manager in delegated task.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - (Promoted after 6 months as Talent Development Asst.)
• Business Travel- Arranging Business Travel for the top management and company staff. Prepare LPO on ERP purchase module (Oracle).
• Handling all incoming/outgoing mail/fax/letters/courier packages pertaining to the GCE & Family members and prioritize them for review.
• Coordinate for new Vehicle registration; supervise the renewal of Salik Cards, Mulkiya, Safeer cards, checking traffic fines and regular maintenance of GCE and family members’ vehicles.
• Distribution of timesheet and collection of the same with prior approval from the reporting manager’s and submit to HR and Accounts’ Department.
• Coordinate and negotiate for the maintenance and renewal of AMC i.e. photocopier and telephones.
• Coordinating with the suppliers for office stationery, kitchen items and employees’ requirements and negotiating for pricing, delivery.
• Receive all the phone calls and connect them to the appropriate persons (Handle 200 extension lines including the international lines) and maintaining the maintenance of Telephone.
• Sort the mails that comes into the company and deliver to the person it is addressed to.
• Handled basic administrative payroll duties including data entry, generating and downloading Time sheet, updating Duty Roaster, Batch processing and Leave entry in Time Attendance System.
• Checking of Attendance summary sheet, Trip Allowance and Site Allowance.
• Monitoring of mobile consumption of the employees, review and preparing reports sheet with approval of Head of Department and submit to the Accounts Department.
