• Call the data base that I have and introduced the company after that send the company profile.
• Make and appointment to the client so that I can show them our sample and explain to them the quality and the process of the product.
• Going out to the market and looking some prospective client.
• Follow up the clients if ever they have an inquiry or requirement.
• Meet again with the client and give some quotation as per their inquiry and explain to them regarding mode of payment and the procedure until the materials arrived.
• To sell, renew and upgrade OSN packages providing customers with a wide range of product knowledge, packages and programming options to served their viewing needs.
• Must achieved monthly individual targets assigned by Line Manager.
• To follow up on potential customers and also the existing customer just to inform them that there was a promotion if they upgrade their package
• To ensure that the set KPI are achieved by implementing and adhering to companys business rules.
• To complete the customers subscription contract in details and submit it to the concerned department in order to activate the subscription.
As a member of the Retail division, Sales Advisor executes the store daily activity on the retail floor,
assuring that I meet the objectives and requirements of the company. Assure that I interact in the most
appropriate manner with customers. Undertake the responsibilities entrusted by the company from
time to time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Greet Customer with smile
* Listen and understand customer requirements carefully
* Suggest solutions and alternatives if applicable
* Put forth all efforts to advise customers the best solutions for their requirements
* Without exerting any pressure I will strives to close sales by meeting the requirements of the
customers.
* Analyzing strategic actions to increase sales and win quotations.
* Achieving target sales quota assigned in the KPI
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Selling used mobile phones, accessories, LCD’s in the Showroom and also going outside
contacting and meeting prospective customers in the market/ hotel.
* Promoting our products in the internet by sending e-mails
* Establishing local and foreign contacts and building strong relations with shop owners in the
local market.
* Negotiate for higher price for every sales transactions and ensuring cost-efficiency for
refurbished expenses
* Look for foreign buyers around the market place and invite them to visit our office/showroom
* Prepare stock release form for proper documentation on all sales transactions and present to
logistics for preparation of sales deliveries
* Achieving of monthly target based on total gross sales
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers coming in our showroom and showing them our products
* Inform the customer that all our phones are used and refurbished, which is affordable for
the consumer
* Make an interview and do some demo to some of our customers so that they know also
about mobile phones
* Make an inventory (weekly, monthly) so that we know what model is saleable in the market
* Do some arrangement of phones in the shelves according to their model
