Description: GET system is a Global e-track system developed by Frontier Force Technology, Singapore that provides an end to end tracking of the shipments.
Responsibility: 1. Understanding and implementation of Global e-track system at Singapore office.
2. Understanding the web service to integrate the data between GET system and existing ITBS application.
3. Creating Oracle PL/SQL program to import the data into ITBS application from GET system using web service.


Title: Online Stationery Purchase Module
Client: Channel Partner (Franchisee)
Role: Developer
Responsibility: Requirement Analysis, Design, Development, Testing.
Technology Used: Classic ASP, Oracle 10g, Oracle PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, AJAX
Description: This is web based application that provides the facility for the channel partner to purchase the stationary online.
Online Stationery Purchase Module is provided in Franchisee portal (FR Portal) . Franchisee needs to login the FR Portal in order to purchase the stationery online. Stationery items will be filtered based on the login details. Franchisee needs to select the stationery items and required quantities. System will validated the available stock, total invoice amount and outstanding amount against the credit limit. Franchisee has option to select dispatch mode either via Hand delivery or Courier delivery. Once franchisee will pay the amount online successfully, franchisee will get the Service Invoice in PDF format via mail and SMS notification.

Description: Competition MIS Console is a web based application that contains lots of MIS based on competition among the franchisees and branches.
Competition MIS Console is developed for the franchisee and internal user to monitor the real time performance of the franchisee during the competition with any permutation combination. Excel download option has been provide for in-depth analysis. Management will get the daily e-mail alert of update result of the competition DTDC organized below competition for the franchisee and branches.
a. World Cup Competition (Season-I & Season-II): The aim of this competition is to increase the sales of all products.
b. PEP 2020 Competition (Season-I & Season-II): The aim of this competition is to increase the sales of Premium Express Product.
c. CN Delivery Competition (Season-I): The aim of this competition is to enhance the performance of Consignment delivery.

Title: Electronic Billing System

Description: Electronic Billing (E-Bill) is a service, which enables client to receive Invoice over the web and to submit payments online using an electronic interface with the Visa/MasterCard network.
In order to use this service, clients need to subscribe the service from the client portal
Once register for E-Billing, client will get an email with SMS alert twice in a month when latest bill is available. Clients have the choice to download and print the bill in PDF (Adobe) format if he ever need to.

Title: Mobile Proof of Delivery Application

Description: Mobile Proof of delivery (POD) Application is developed to ensure that real time data is capturing into the system and to improve the productivity of the enterprise. This application avoids manual & paper works.
Proof of delivery application need to be installed in java enabled mobile phone. Each application is locked with respective mobile phone's IMEI number. Every delivery boy will carry the mobile to update the delivery details. Delivery boy needs to login the application. Mobile application synchronizes with backend server and gets the DRS details. Delivery boy needs to select the respective consignment number and fills-up the delivery details. On clicking on submit button, all the delivery details, date & time are uploaded into the backend server. If it is COD/FOD Consignment, application will ask for payment details. Consignment owner will get the confirmation message by Email with SMS alert.

Description: This is the web based application to update the delivery details of the consignment.
Franchisee/ Employee needs to login the application in order to update the delivery details. On successful login, user needs to enter the consignment number. System will validate the consignment. If consignment is valid, system will allow entering the delivery details of the consignment. User can enter multiple consignments. On clicking on submit button, all the information will be uploaded into the server.

Technology Used: Classic ASP, MYSQL, HTML JavaScript, JQuery.
Description: Branch Performance MIS is a daily based MIS report generated by the system. Individual Branch's performance will be monitored (as on yesterday) through an Automated Process. It include Customer wise Booking, Total In-scan and Out-scan, Branch and Franchisee Delivery performance, and CD details etc. Branch owner and other concerned will get email, to monitor efficiently.
