• Project Planning for Bidding (OBS, EPS, WBS, Production Capacity)
• Develop, Monitor, control Project Plans (from structural Analysis, design till project installation)
• Develop, Monitor, control Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Generate Project reports (Project Overview, CPM, EVM, Schedule Adherence, KPI, Material and resource forecast)
