• Over 10 years of project experience in detailing & modeling of projects, detailing of steel structures Pipe racks, Structural steel Equipment support structure, Miscellaneous steel details (handrail, ladders & staircase etc.)
• Taking care of all Design aspects, client specific requirements, clash check, numbering prefix setting while build the framing. It include Anchor Bolt Setting plan, Embed Drawing layout, Joist placing, Main & Misc. Framing. Stair & handrail placing, Connection Placing.
• Ensuring quality standards are met while modelling and detailing new and redesigned products specifications
• Preparation of various connection details for Girder, beams, columns, bracings, base plates.
• Prepare General Notes & Weld maps
• Preparation of Tekla custom component (connection)& Preparation of Tekla report & drawing template
• Raise RFI to client for any queries.
• Preparation of Shop drawing for Fabrication shop.
• Preparation of GA (General Arrangement drawing) & Erection Drawing.
• Create reports like BOM, Bolt list, drawing list etc.
• Preparing customized reports.
• Steel Fabrication Drawings, prepared using Tekla.
• Taking the onus of preparing 3D model, preparing connections, generation and editing of shop drawing, erection plans, AB plans, Embed drawings, Bolt list for shop & field use.
• Structural steel detailing, general arrangements, layouts, elevations, sections.
• Preparation of 3D Modeling as per IFC Extraction of fabrication drawings & Erection drawings from 3D model of structure.

• Creating new Templates / Reports as per the requirement of the customer in Tekla structures.
• Structural steel detailing, general arrangements, layouts, elevations, sections.
• Verifying correctness of prepared drawings to identify and rectify deviations
• Preparation and editing of 3D model of structures using X Steel.
• Extraction of fabrication drawings & Erection drawings from 3D model of structure.
• Extraction of all main & misc. Structural member as per client Standards.
• Accountable for Preparation of Erection drawing by considering all Field data requirements.
• Preparation of CNC Nesting Programming for Plates on SDS software.
• Prepare erection sequence snaps for method of statement.
• Preparing AS BUILT drawing for projects.
• Preparing Proposal drawing for Quotation.
